These two blog posts--found on Taegan Goddard's excellent Political Wire--made me laugh. One with delight, one with bewilderment.

-- Chicago Mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel, quoted by Politico and accompanied with a "gleeful Emanuel gesture -- the middle finger," on the suggestion that he might run for president in 2016.
And:
Former President George W. Bush commented publicly for the first time on getting the news Osama bin Laden was dead, ABC News reports.
The phone call from President Obama: "I was eating souffle at Rise Restaurant with Laura and two buddies. I excused myself and went home to take the call. Obama simply said 'Osama Bin Laden is dead.'"
His response: "Good call."
